With this in mind, chiodo.DESIGN is aligned with selected digital partners to provide creative and technical support to clients seeking to incorporate digital strategy into their overall planning efforts.

Foam is a new web-based curation and creation platform under development by Synthro Inc. The founder and thought leader, Michael Greco and I have been in conversation for the past three years on the shape and form this product could take. The CEO Yannick Namia is aggressively evaluating different markets for this new product.

 

Balboa Park Online Collaborative

BPOC is a nonprofit technology collaboration that connects audiences to art, culture and science. BPOC creates digital experiences for web, mobile, apps, and in-gallery. The CEO, Nik Honeysett has been a colleague and friend for over a decade.

 

Ideum

Ideum is a creative company focused on using emerging technologies to design public installations and products that lead to meaningful visitor experiences.  I’ve known the founder and Creative Director Jim Spadaccini since he launched his company. 

Stimulant

Stimulant is an experience design and interactive installation agency in San Francisco. They craft human-scale, site-specific digital experiences and touchscreen applications that enchant audiences, drive conversion, and create lasting memories. I’ve known and worked with the founder and CEO Darren David since 2016. Darren also has started a second company offering a smartphone based touchless interface - Freetouch.

 

Yumebau

Yumebau is a smart and agile start-up and makers of YumeGo, a smartphone-based platform for learning games and museum experiences. Yumebau is dedicated to creating fun and enriching AR experiences that can bring people together, with interactivity that encourages active play. I’ve been a design strategy advisor to the founder and CEO Wilson Tang and his team for the team for this past year.
